Becky joined Catholic Health Initiatives in September 2013 with 29 years of experience across several disciplines including: comprehensive Interior planning & design, Project Mgt./Construction Mgt., Transition / Relocation Planning and Facilities Mgt. Becky’s career began in interior planning, working for several firms: architectural, interiors, and commercial furniture. Her management skills transformed her staff into quality service, profit-producing centers with a regional reputation. Understanding that greatest change happens with the owner, Becky worked at Citigroup in the Real Estate division for the next 10 years as a regional planner, national standard consultant while also balancing her asset management of the Colorado portfolio. Becky was awarded Quality Excellence Awards twice for her achievements. With over 300,000 employees world wide, she was instrumental in launching new space strategies, standards, ergonomics program, national vendor contracts, and was even a global Customer Service task force leader.
Becky brings over a decade of extensive experience in healthcare, which combines her subject matter expertise with an integrated delivery process of project management. Her knowledge of operational needs, FF&E, logistics and her sensitivity to occupancy transition planning helps to drive improved interior space strategy, efficiencies and optimization of interior space design for administrative offices, clinical and non-clinical spaces. Her responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining the company’s near-term and long-term interior space planning/utilization strategies leveraging industry improvements, fiscally responsible and eco-conscious practices, and models that guide the creation of highly effective environments that meet the organizations aggressive goals.
