Jeff Land serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Dignity Health. Mr. Land is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of real estate strategy and transactions, joint ventures, energy and infrastructure, master planning, advisory services, and major capital construction for Dignity Health’s diverse healthcare portfolio. Dignity Health, one of the nation’s largest health care systems, is a 22-state network of 9,000 physicians, 60,000 employees, and more than 400 care centers, including hospitals, urgent and occupational care, imaging centers, home health, and primary care clinics. Headquartered in San Francisco, Dignity Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, and affordable patient-centered care with special attention to the poor and underserved. In FY16, Dignity Health provided $4.1 billion in charitable care and services.
Over the past 35 years, Mr. Land has led real estate, facility operations, portfolio oversite, and advisory practices for EY Kenneth Leventhal, Bechtel Investments, and Dignity Health throughout the United States, Mexico, and, most recently, in China. Mr. Land has been responsible for the successful operation of real estate portfolios including Bramalea Pacific, Transamerica, First Winthrop Corporation and Southern Pacific Development Company.
Mr. Land is presently a Board of Governor for the Academy for Healthcare Infrastructure, a past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association/Oakland; a Life Trustee, Board of Trustees for the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Institute, International, and has served as a member of the School of Business Advisory Council, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California.
Mr. Land holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and holds designations from both the Institute of Real Estate Management and The Building Owners and Managers Institute.
