In 2013, Dave joined Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) as Vice President - Real Estate. With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Dave provides strategic real estate and operational guidance to CHI and its market based organizations on leasing, owning, occupying, and, operating clinical and non-clinical properties. CHI has 1,700 leased and owned properties in 20 states.
Dave came to CHI from TIAA where he served as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, where he headed up on a national basis the Leasing, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Project Management, Strategic Space Planning & Critical Operations.
Prior to his employment at TIAA-CREF, Dave had several roles with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), including as Vice President/National Account Manager for Tyco Electronics. Also, during this assignment Mr. Glasscock conducted Corporate Real Estate Operational Reviews for companies such as Texas Women’s Hospital, Lucent, AT&T, Mellon Financial and General Motors. Also, Dave served as the JLL Colorado Area Facilities Manager, responsible for assignments including Digital Equipment Co. and Ford Microelectronics.
Previously, he was a Senior Property Manager and start up specialist for Brookfield Development at Republic Plaza in Denver, Citicorp Plaza in Los Angeles and other major mixed use developments around the United States and Canada.
Dave serves as a Board Member of CORENET, previously on the Corporate Real Estate Council for ULI, Downtown Denver Business Improvement District Board, and, twice as a Board Member of BOMA - Denver. He holds a Colorado Real Estate License and several industry designations. Also, Dave received top performer awards with JLL and TIAA. Dave holds a Bachelor of Education from Emporia State University and Business Administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver. One of three finalists for the CORENET 2017 Global Corporate Real Estate Exec of the year.
