How should I dress?
This conference offers excellent networking and business development opportunities. Business attire is recommended.
How can I contact other attendees before the conference?
Registered attendees may login to our Network Now portal to send messages or schedule appointments with other attendees. Your registration confirmation number is required to login.
How do I download the Conference Mobile App?
Our free mobile app will be available to download a couple weeks before the conference. The app provides you with a searchable schedule of events, session descriptions, speakers and attendees, and allows you to create a personalized agenda and appointment schedule. All registered attendees will receive instructions for downloading the app.

How do I reserve a room at the conference hotel?
The conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Denver. Discounted room rates are available for BOMA attendees at the Hyatt Regency Denver and at the neighboring Grand Hyatt Denver, located just one block from the Hyatt Regency. The deadline to receive the discounted BOMA room rate is April 10, 2017 or when the BOMA room blocks sell out, whichever occurs first. Click here to reserve a hotel room.
What meals are included?
Your conference registration fee includes continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday and lunch on Thursday. Light refreshments are provided throughout the conference. Please remember that your name badge must be visible at all times.
How do I receive my name badge?
When you arrive at the conference bring your registration confirmation e-mail to the BOMA registration desk at the Hyatt Regency and your badge will be printed for you. You may bring either a printed copy of your confirmation e-mail or it can be scanned from your mobile device.
When and where is the BOMA registration desk?
The BOMA registration desk will be located at the Hyatt Regency Denver on the 3rd floor. It will open at 9:00 am on Wednesday, May 10 and remain open throughout the conference.
How can I update or change my registration information?
You can click on the registration dashboard link in your confirmation e-mail to access and edit your registration record yourself, or e-mail MOB@compusystems.com.
I am a speaker. How do I register?
You should have received your speaker confirmation e-mail with your special code to register. If you did not receive the e-mail please contact Mary de la Fe at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 202-326-6315.
I am a sponsor. How do I register?
Sponsors receive a limited number of complimentary registrations based on your sponsorship level. The main contact from your company received the code for the complimentary registration by e-mail. If you did not receive the e-mail please contact Kanwal Saluja at email@example.com or by phone at 202-326-6341.
I am a sponsor with a table top. When can I set up and where should I ship my materials?
A Service Manual will be sent to all table top sponsors in March 2017. It will include details on how to ship items to the hotel and when you can set-up and dismantle your table top display.

Is this conference tax deductible?
Yes. Expenses incurred by U.S. citizens in attending conferences held by non-profit associations, such as BOMA, generally are tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses where the attendance is primarily for business or professional reasons. Items that typically are deductible include registration fees, travel to and from the conference, lodging and other incidental expenses. Be sure to consult with your tax advisor.
